1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EZCRM, a product of 30Days Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“EZCRM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website at ezcrm.in and our CRM platform (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EZCRM is a sales CRM built for Indian SMB teams — lead capture from sources such as your website, Facebook Lead Ads, IndiaMART, JustDial, Google, and webhooks; WhatsApp follow-up over the official Meta WhatsApp Business API; quotations and finance with GST support; and pipeline dashboards and analytics.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trial
EZCRM offers a free-forever plan for small teams, a 30-day full-feature trial, and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually as shown on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance and invoiced with applicable GST. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically for the same term. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages (including in violation of Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy or applicable spam/telecom regulations); upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or resell or white-label the Service without our written permission.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of the customer, lead, and business data you upload to or generate in EZCRM. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and support the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. On request, we will help you export your data, and we will delete your account data within a reasonable period after account closure, subject to legal or accounting retention requirements.
8. Third-Party Integrations
EZCRM connects to third-party platforms you choose to enable, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Lead Ads, Google, IndiaMART, and JustDial. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by 30Days Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the Service.
10. Service Availability
We work to keep EZCRM reliably available and target high uptime, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance or make changes to features from time to time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZCRM and 30Days Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including content or messages you send through it.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, including for abusive or unlawful use, or non-payment of fees due. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
