EZCRM (“EZCRM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a product of 30Days Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company based in Delhi NCR, India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit ezcrm.in or use the EZCRM platform, how we use and share that information, and the choices you have. By using our website or our CRM product, you agree to the practices described here.

- Account and contact information — name, company name, email address, phone number, and billing details when you sign up for a trial, create an account, or book a demo.
- Customer and lead data you store in EZCRM — when you use EZCRM to manage your own leads and customers (names, phone numbers, WhatsApp conversations, quotations, notes, and similar business records), you control that data and act as the data controller for it. We process it on your behalf as a service provider.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, device/browser type, IP address, and similar analytics collected automatically when you use our website or product.
- Data from connected channels — if you connect integrations such as the WhatsApp Business API (via Meta), Facebook Lead Ads, IndiaMART, JustDial, Google, or a custom webhook, we receive lead and message data from those sources into your EZCRM account.

3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the EZCRM platform; process signups, subscriptions, and GST-compliant billing; route and deliver messages through the integrations you enable; respond to support requests and demo bookings; send you service updates, and, where permitted, product and marketing communications you can opt out of at any time; monitor, secure, and improve our website and product; and comply with applicable law.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers we rely on to run EZCRM, such as cloud hosting, email/SMS delivery, payment processing, and analytics providers, under confidentiality and data-processing terms.
- Integration partners you choose to connect, such as Meta (WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Lead Ads), Google, IndiaMART, and JustDial — data only flows to and from these platforms because you enabled the connection.
- Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EZCRM, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not function correctly without them.

EZCRM is a business tool intended for use by adults on behalf of their organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and, for significant changes, provide additional notice.
